In HealthdeskAI, you can start a new SMS text conversation directly from your Inbox to communicate instantly with leads and clients. This feature lets you send personalized one-to-one text messages for faster responses and better engagement. Each new message automatically opens a conversation and assigns it to you, so you’ll be notified immediately when the recipient replies.

When to Use This Feature

Use this feature when you want to send an SMS to a new lead or client who doesn’t already have a conversation in HealthdeskAI.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. From the left sidebar, click Inbox. Then, press the red plus (+) button at the bottom labeled New Message.
