What information do we collect?

Healthdesk integrates with your gym’s existing club management software. From this integration, we collect the following information:

  • First and last name

  • Phone number

  • Membership ID and barcode

  • Check-ins and check-in history

In addition, we collect information that you provide directly to us, such as health and fitness information, preferences, and other information you choose to provide.

What do we do with the information we collect?

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • To personalize your experience (your information helps us to respond to your individual needs)

  • To improve our product and natural language understanding engine (we continually strive to improve Healthdesk based on your feedback)

  • To promote products and services that you might be interested in

Short Message Service (SMS) and TCPA

Healthdesk uses SMS text messaging to communicate with gym members bi-directionally, and to deliver relevant information and updates to their phones. By using the Services, you agree to our Terms of Use which comply with TCPA law. Standard text message and data rates will apply. You may unsubscribe from our text messages by texting STOP in response to a message.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
