How to Set HealthdeskAI Alert Preferences

You can easily manage your notification preferences in HealthdeskAI. Whether you want to receive updates via email and/or SMS, get weekly reports, or limit alerts during specific times, all settings are available under your profile.

Managing these alerts helps you stay informed without getting overwhelmed, ensuring that you only receive notifications that matter most to your work.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Turn Alerts On or Off

Scroll down to the Alerts section to control which types of notifications you want to receive.

  1. Use Email
    Choose this option to receive notifications through email.

  2. Use SMS
    Enable this if you prefer receiving alerts by text message.

  3. Email me weekly report
    Receive a summary of your activity every Sunday morning directly to your email inbox.

  4. Alert me when new lead created
    Get notified instantly when a new lead is added to the system. A new lead is defined as any new profile created in Mindbody that’s marked as a Prospect.

  5. Alert me when first class booked
    Receive a message whenever a client books their first class.

  6. New Activity Alert
    Stay informed whenever your AI Agent is engaging in a new conversation. Don’t worry, you won’t receive more than one alert per hour for the same conversation.

  7. Handoff alerts
    Get notified when a conversation is handed off from your AI Agent to you and your team.

  8. Notes mention alerts
    Be alerted when someone mentions you in a note or task comment.

  9. Assigned conversation alerts
    Receive notifications when a conversation is assigned to you by one of your teammates.

Use Do Not Disturb

Under Do Not Disturb, you can temporarily stop receiving SMS text notifications. When this setting is on, Healthdesk will pause SMS alerts, but your email notifications will still be sent, and your messages will still be available when you log back in.

To customize your quiet hours:

  • Check Automatically disable notifications from

  • Choose your preferred Starting Time and Ending Time

  • Example: Start at 10:00 AM and end at 12:00 PM

Click Save when finished to apply your preferences.

  • Use email alerts for detailed summaries and SMS alerts for urgent updates.

  • If you are in a busy period or hosting classes, set Do Not Disturb to automatically pause SMS text notifications. This helps you stay focused while keeping all messages available for review later.
