Your Healthdesk Web Chat Widget lets website visitors message your AI agent directly from your site. This creates instant conversations, faster lead capture, and a smoother experience for prospects. Follow the steps below to install the widget on your website.

Before you start

You will need:

Access to your Healthdesk account
Access to your website’s CMS (for example Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, Webflow, GoHighLevel, Shopify, or any custom site)
Permission to edit your site header or global code area

Install the Web Chat Widget
