Better blasts, smarter lists, faster pipelines, and more reliable core workflows.

March was a strong month for workflow reliability and usability across the areas customers use most: Blasts, Lists, Pipelines, Inbox, Calls, and Tasks. We also laid important groundwork for a more unified multi-channel experience.

Here’s what shipped in March.

🚀 Big Improvements Shipped in March

📣 Blasts Are More Reliable and Easier to Use

We shipped multiple fixes and improvements across the Blasts workflow:

  • Fixed an issue where SMS and Email Blasts could remain stuck in Draft after clicking Send

  • Fixed inability to see or select dynamic lists, or import a new list during Blast creation

  • Added requirement that every Blast must have a name before sending, scheduling, or saving

  • Fixed navigation so canceling a Blast returns to the originating list instead of the Blasts page

  • Fixed Email template dropdown closing unexpectedly and reverting to a broken selector

Impact:
Fewer blocked sends, better targeting, improved organization, and a smoother campaign workflow.

📋 Dynamic Lists Got Significantly Better

  • Added new All Members dynamic list for Contacts > Lists

  • Fixed missing All Members list for newly created locations

  • Fixed dynamic list names not showing in Pipeline contact drawer

  • Fixed Active Class Pack stage so only valid users populate

Impact:
More accurate segmentation, better visibility, and easier targeting for campaigns and follow-up.

🔍 Pipelines Now Have Search

Agents can now search lead cards by:

  • First name or last name

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • Source

  • Location name

Impact:
Faster lead lookup and less manual scrolling.

📞 Calls Are Clearer and More Useful

  • Open conversation drawer directly from a Call row

  • Fixed Dialpad and Inbox buttons becoming unresponsive after inactivity

  • Fixed unclear “busy line” call endings

  • Fixed Call icon state to correctly reflect completed calls

Impact:
More reliable calling workflows with clearer feedback during calls.

🛠️ Reliability Fixes (High-Signal Improvements)

Inbox & Messaging

  • Fixed missing SMS delivery statuses

  • Fixed green bar not updating after sending from New Message modal

  • Fixed photos disappearing when opened from search results

  • Blocked invalid phone numbers in New Message modal with clearer feedback

  • Blocked @mentions in message composer

  • Fixed duplicated “SENT BY AI” labels in Web Chat

  • Improved unread badge with full counts and cleaner spacing

Tasks

  • Fixed Create Task modal freezing when selecting reminder date

  • Fixed previous task data persisting when creating a new task

  • Fixed column sorting issues

  • Fixed Super Admin grey screen when saving tasks from Inbox

Lists & UI Cleanup

  • Added timezone to “Last Updated” column

  • Limited long list names to 47 characters with ellipsis + tooltip

  • Fixed long pipeline stage names breaking layout

  • Fixed message icon/UI glitch in Pipelines

  • Improved pointer states and interaction polish

  • Updated sidebar color for improved UI feel

Automations & Workflow Safeguards

  • Fixed Lead Nurturing texts not sending in some cases

  • Fixed duplicate Booking Confirmation texts on second visits

  • Fixed Member Onboarding texts going to non-members

  • Blocked Saved Replies in Notes composer

Platform Stability

  • Fixed malformed request pattern that nearly caused a server crash and added safeguards

  • Upgraded Elixir and Erlang to support newer LiveView improvements

  • Continued resolving stuck job queue issues (Oban)

  • Fixed Erlang/Honeybadger production error
