Lists in HealthdeskAI function as tags that help you organize and segment contacts for efficient communication and follow-up.
You can use lists to categorize leads and clients (e.g., New Leads, Active Members, Past Clients) directly from the Inbox without switching to other modules.
These lists/tags can be later used for Email Blasts, SMS Blasts, and automated workflows.

When to Use Lists as Tags

  • To group new inquiries or leads by date, campaign, or location.

  • To identify contacts by engagement level (e.g., Trial Members, Interested Prospects).

  • To manage communication pipelines within Inbox.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. From the left sidebar, click Inbox to access your ongoing conversations. Then, locate the Lists section from the Details panel on the right side of the screen. You’ll see options to add this user to an existing list or to Create new list.
