Email Blasts let you send one-time email campaigns to a targeted group of contacts. Use this feature to announce promotions, share updates, or engage with specific segments of your client base.
When to Use Email Blasts

Sending newsletters or updates to your clients.
Targeting specific segments with tailored messaging (e.g., trial leads, active members, or lapsed clients).
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. From the left sidebar, click Blasts > New Email Blast.
2. Select the email address you want to send from in the Location dropdown.
3. Select an Email Template or start from scratch using the drag-and-drop builder.
4. Design your email: add text, images, buttons, and personalization fields (e.g., first name).
5. Review your blast using the Preview button (the “eye” icon) or send yourself a test email.
6. Click Save & Continue.
7. Choose a Contact List or build a new one on the fly.
8. Enter a Campaign Name and Subject Line.
9. Choose to Send Now, Schedule, or save it as a Draft.

You can target multiple lists in one blast. Healthdesk automatically removes duplicates and unsubscribed addresses before sending.
