January 2026

Faster inbox, reliable notifications, compliant messaging, and smoother day-to-day workflows.

January was a monster month of shipping. We pushed meaningful improvements across Inbox speed, notification reliability, send window compliance, Saved Replies, and a long list of Pipelines, Lists, and Contacts fixes that were causing real customer pain.

Below is a recap of what went live for our records.

🚀 Big Rocks Shipped (High Impact)

1. ⚡ Inbox Performance Upgrade (Speed + Scale)

We shipped a major Inbox performance improvement by adding last-message metadata to the conversations table (e.g. last_message_id, last_message_at, optionally last_user_message_id). This removes the need to scan the full messages table when loading Inbox.

Impact:

  • Faster Inbox load times

  • Reduced database load

  • Improved scalability as message volume grows

2. 🔔 Reliable New Message Notifications (Sound + Banner)

We fixed issues where agents weren’t consistently receiving new message alerts (sound + browser banner). Alerts now fire for every new message, not just when the Inbox icon turns red. Also resolved multi-tab inconsistencies.

Impact:

  • Fewer missed leads

  • Faster agent response times

  • Greater confidence in real-time Inbox behavior

3. 🛡️ Send Window Compliance Fixes (Critical)

We fixed multiple cases where automated texts could send outside the configured send window (TCPA risk).

Shipped improvements:

  • Lead Nurturing follow-ups now respect send windows (except first message)

  • Booking Confirmation texts now respect send windows

  • Fixed ~1 hour timing discrepancies in some cases

Impact:

  • Reduced compliance risk

  • Better customer experience (no late or early texts)

4. 📝 Saved Replies Upgrade + Reliability Fixes

Saved Replies received a major upgrade:

  • Expandable fields

  • Line breaks

  • Emojis

  • Attachments (photos, videos, files)

We also fixed inconsistencies across surfaces (Inbox, drawers, New Message modal, pipeline drawer navigation).

Impact:

  • Faster agent workflows

  • More consistent communication

  • Less repetitive typing

🛠️ Major Reliability Fixes (Customer Pain Killers)

Pipelines

  • Fixed pipeline caching issues

  • Fixed dynamic stages not populating outside Pipeline 1

  • Fixed pipeline dropdowns breaking when lead-card data loads

  • Fixed regression where new list stages didn’t appear until toggled

  • Fixed leads disappearing from “Leads – No Intro” stages

Inbox & Contacts UX

  • Fixed Inbox filters returning empty results incorrectly

  • Fixed composer collapsing while typing

  • Fixed chat bubbles not rendering line breaks

  • Fixed conversation drawer behavior across Contacts, Lists, and Pipelines

  • Fixed Delete List icon not responding

  • Fixed inability to scroll far enough to save a new list

Web Chat (Mobile + Realtime)

  • Web chat now auto-loads agent messages across devices without refresh

  • Fixed mobile issue where sending a message closed the conversation

  • Enabled mobile autocorrect for end users

Mindbody / Sync / Data Accuracy

  • Fixed missing pricing options in automation pass type dropdowns

  • Fixed large import failure (66,000+ contacts)

  • Fixed “No Intro Booking” stage behavior

🔧 Small-but-Mighty Fixes & Cleanup

Not headline features, but removed a lot of sharp edges:

  • Fixed tooltips not closing in Pipelines

  • Fixed Notes tab not staying open on mobile

  • Ensured users display in Contacts even without a name

  • Fixed duplicated dropdowns on slow networks
