Where Can I See My AI Agent’s Phone Number and Email Address in Healthdesk

Overview

Each AI Agent in Healthdesk has a dedicated phone number and email address you can use to communicate with it. You can also publish this information so clients can reach your AI directly through the channels they already use.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. From the left sidebar, click Settings.

Your AI’s email address is also displayed here.

You can text or call this phone number to interact with your AI Agent.

We recommend adding your AI Agent’s phone number everywhere your business phone number is listed, so your AI becomes the first line of defense:

  • Your website

  • Google Business Profile

  • Mindbody account

  • Yelp listing

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • Any other local directories or platforms

This ensures your AI Agent captures leads and handles initial conversations, escalating to you or your team only when needed.

A: Numbers are assigned per location and cannot be changed directly. Please reach out to support@m.healthdesk.ai if you need to request a change.

Q: Can I forward calls from my business line to my AI Agent’s number?
A: Yes. You can forward calls from your main business line so your AI answers first, then escalates to you if necessary.

Q: Can I use my AI Agent’s email address for newsletters or marketing?
A: No. The AI’s email is intended for direct replies and inbound communication. Use Email Blasts for campaigns.
