When an unwanted email sender lands in your Inbox, you can mark them as spam in a couple of clicks. Once you report a sender, HealthdeskAI blocks their future messages so they never reach your Inbox again. This keeps your Inbox focused on real leads and clients.

How to Report a Spam Sender

  1. Open the email conversation from the sender you want to block.
  2. Open the conversation drawer for that conversation.
  3. Click Report Spam.
  4. That's it. Future messages from that sender are blocked from your Inbox.
