Overview
You can start a brand-new email conversation directly from your HealthdeskAI Inbox, the same way you start a new SMS. Pick the email channel in the New Message modal, write your message, and send. The email appears in your Inbox as a conversation, so you can keep the whole thread in one place or hand it off to your AI Agent.
When to Use This Feature
Use this when you want to reach a lead or client by email and keep the full thread in your Inbox alongside their texts, calls, and chats.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- From the left sidebar, click Inbox, then click the red plus (+) button labeled New Message.
- Choose the Email channel for your message.
- Select the Location you want to send from.
- Enter the recipient's email address, or click Find to search your connected Mindbody contacts by name.
- Write your message, then click Send.
- The email opens as a conversation in your Inbox and is assigned to you, so you'll be notified when the recipient replies.
Pro Tip
After sending, click Assign to AI to let your AI Agent handle the back-and-forth. You can take the conversation back anytime.
