You can now trigger outbound AI Voice calls directly from Automations, giving you a powerful new way to reach leads and members at the right moment. We've also cleaned up email-location merges, fixed Pipeline timing logic, and resolved inbox bugs across Contacts and Web Chat.

You can now add a Start AI Voice Call action to any automation, letting you reach leads and members by phone at exactly the right moment. Configure timing, add prompt context, and honor Custom Send Window rules — no manual dialing required. This unlocks powerful new workflows like calling leads who haven't responded to SMS, or following up with members after a missed class.

Start email conversations from the New Message modal

Email

Agents can now initiate brand-new email threads directly from the New Message modal, just like they do for SMS. Select the email channel, compose your message, and send — the thread appears in the inbox like any other conversation, and you can reply manually or hand it back to AI. Perfect for multi-channel teams who need one unified starting point for all outreach.

Two new dynamic lists: Email & SMS subscribers

Lists

We've added Marketing Email Subscribed and Marketing Text Message Subscribed dynamic lists, both synced daily from Mindbody. Now you can target blasts and automations to exactly the contacts who've opted in, with no manual list-building required.

AI Voice Agent can send follow-up texts

AI Voice

The AI Voice Agent now has a send_sms tool you can invoke via prompt. Tell the agent when to send a text — like a class schedule link or confirmation code — and it will fire during or after the call. Combined with the new automation trigger, this gives you end-to-end voice + SMS workflows with zero manual steps.

  • Hid Settings button from Teammates who lack permission to access it.
  • Fixed login crash when a user's primary location is deleted; system now automatically reassigns the next available location.
  • Email addresses are now case-insensitive — messages sent to capitalized versions of your inbox address are received correctly.
