AI-powered class booking
MindbodyThe AI can now book clients into Mindbody classes during conversations and phone calls. It identifies whether the user exists in Mindbody, creates a profile if needed, fetches available classes, validates availability, and completes the booking. This works across chat, messaging, and voice channels.
Smarter AI voice calls
AI VoiceWe fixed a critical issue where AI voice calls ended abruptly or the agent incorrectly detected silence before the caller could respond. The AI voice agent now handles silence detection and call orchestration more reliably, reducing dropped calls and false silence triggers.
Report spam for email
EmailYou can now mark email senders as spam from the conversation drawer. Once reported, future messages from that sender are blocked from your inbox. This helps keep your inbox clean and reduces noise from unwanted email.
AI assistant in Email Blast Builder
BlastsAdded a chat-based AI assistant to the Email Blast Builder so you can describe template edits in natural language and see changes applied directly to your email design.

- The AI voice agent now sees the full conversation history from prior messages and emails when answering calls.
- Lowered the volume of the new message sound alert to match the incoming call ringtone.
- All lists now appear in the Blast recipients dropdown, even those with zero members; zero-member lists are read-only.
- Test emails now send from the location email address and include the subject line with a [TEST] prefix.
- The AI now reads email subject lines, and subject lines appear in bold in the Inbox for email conversations.

- Fixed duplicate conversations created when email addresses were incorrectly imported as phone numbers.
- Fixed an issue where some email retries were looping indefinitely for certain accounts.
