Your HealthdeskAI AI Agent does more than answer questions. It can complete real Mindbody actions inside a conversation: booking clients into classes and appointments, creating or updating their profile, and telling them what they already have on the schedule. It works across every channel your AI Agent handles, web chat, SMS text, social messaging, and AI voice calls.
AI booking is included on the Growth and Ultimate plans. Like the rest of your AI Agent, it comes pre-trained on your business and connected to your Mindbody data, so there's nothing technical for you to set up.
What Your AI Agent Can Do in Mindbody
- Find or create the client. The AI checks whether the person already exists in Mindbody. If they're new, it creates a client profile so the booking has somewhere to live.
