With the Start AI Voice Call automation action, your AI Voice Agent can place outbound calls automatically, reaching leads and members by phone at exactly the right moment with no manual dialing. It's a powerful way to follow up when a text goes unanswered or a client misses a class.
This action uses the AI Voice Agent, an Ultimate plan add-on. Your HealthdeskAI team helps set it up.
What You Can Do With It

How It Works
Add a Start AI Voice Call action to any automation. You can:
- Set the timing of the call relative to the trigger.
- Add prompt context so the AI knows what to say and why it's calling.
- Rely on your Custom Send Window to control when calls can go out (this action honors your Custom Send Window).
When a contact matches the automation's trigger, the AI places the call, then logs it in your Inbox with a recording and summary, just like any other AI Voice call.
Pair It With SMS
Combine voice with text for end-to-end coverage. For example, text first, call if there's no reply, and have the agent send a follow-up text after the call.
