HealthdeskAI automations can reach your leads and members by email, not just SMS. Email steps run off the same Mindbody data that powers your Pipeline stages, so the right message goes out at the right moment, automatically. Each email step can have its own custom subject line.
When to Use Email Automations
- Send a longer, formatted welcome or onboarding message that's better suited to email than a text.
- Reinforce an SMS sequence with an email touch.
- Reach contacts who prefer email.
How Email Automations Work
Like SMS automations, email steps are triggered by your Mindbody data and Pipeline conditions, for example a new lead, an expiring intro, or a missed first class. When a contact matches the trigger, the automation sends the scheduled email. Set a custom subject line for each email step so every message lands with a clear, relevant subject. If a contact books, purchases, or replies, they're unenrolled automatically.
Setting Up an Email Step
- From the left sidebar, click Automation and open the automation you want to edit.
- Add or configure an email step, then write your message.
- Set the subject line for that step.
- Save your changes. The automation sends the email when its trigger conditions are met, within your Custom Send Window.
