Irvine, California (December 29, 2020) – Fitness automation startup Healthdesk welcomes Peerfit Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Christopher Patton, and seasoned SaaS platform executive, Adam Lowe to its advisory board.

Headquartered in California, newly launched Healthdesk is a B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) platform changing the way fitness facilities communicate with their leads, members, and guests. It provides cloud-based software for messaging, voice, and video, powered by an AI assistant.

Healthdesk’s automated communication platform is used to simplify workflows and automate administrative tasks, leading to better customer experiences, improved retention, and greater cost savings.

Patton’s advisory expertise will be guiding and directing the market fit and go to market strategies for Healthdesk. He brings to the table more than a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry. His passion for fitness began in 2007 when he became Fitness Director of a local Florida club. After learning the ropes, he moved to North Carolina where he was General Manager for another community fitness facility.

In 2015, Patton started his career in Peerfit as VP of Wellness Solutions. In his current role as CRO, he is in charge of growth strategy, operations, and partnerships. Patton holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University’s Executive MBA Program.

Meanwhile, Lowe will step in to support corporate development. He is a seasoned executive who specializes in growing technology organizations and leading high-performing teams. As COO of Peerfit from 2017 to early 2020, he transformed the company from a regional startup into an enterprise wellness platform with numerous national insurance carrier employer and fitness partnerships.

Lowe was also former chief technology officer of WellMatch, an Aetna owned healthcare price transparency platform, and co-founder and CEO of Herringbone ATS, an applicant tracking system. He earned his Economics degree from the University of North Florida.

Healthdesk Founder Nick Barone noted that Patton and Lowe’s appointments are instrumental to the company’s growth and expansion plans.

“It is an honor to work with and learn from these industry veterans,” he says. “Since we started in 2018, we have developed a loyal client base driven by a customer-centric product strategy. We believe that Healthdesk can help fitness facilities bounce back and evolve in a post-pandemic world. Adam and Christopher’s unique insights will be extremely valuable as we navigate this new normal.”
