Shift calls to messaging with Healthdesk’s Ai Assistant that answers your phone for you. Our clients are consistently seeing 10-12% of calls deflected to digital channels like SMS and live chat which are then handled by our gym chatbot.

 

First, we connect to your existing business phone number. If you don’t have one, we can set one up. From there, we help you create a custom interactive voice response (IVR). It’s what the caller will hear when your bot picks up the phone. For new IVR’s you can use our bot’s voice or upload your own if you already have one in place. Keep in mind, nothing will change on your phone bill.
